I want to personally thank all of the bloggers and online beauty editors who have covered the topic of Diversion in the past month. I enjoyed speaking with many of you at the anti-diversion event we held at the Tribeca Grand Hotel last month. The response has been overwhelmingly positive and we are happy that more consumers every day are finding out about the dangers of buying professional products at unauthorized retailers.

How is it that Ulta Stores are selling Matrix and other lines at "Buy two, get two free" to the public. That is salon wholesale. How do salons compete with that and does that not make for more diversion. Anyone can buy at wholesale and resell on ebay.
How is it that Ulta is selling Matrix and other lines at "buy two, get two free. That is salon wholesale. How do salons compete with that and does that not make people buy and resell on ebay. You are creating diversion by allowing Ulta to discount so deeply. They are getting better pricing than salons and that is so wrong.
