Dear David, I am a salon taht your company has accused of diverting products. It has cause me many troubles at this time and has effect not only me but my family,co workers and clients. I have been in this business for over 25 years and I have a great reputation in the industry. As a salon manager,Dist, and sales rep I tried to fight diversion for many years. I will the programs you have now not only does not work but hurts the industry in general. I would do anything to speak with you on this topic and hope one day we could chat about it. Peace and Love Anthony
HI there!
I wanted to let you know that FOLICA.COM is selling Kerastase products that are either diverted or fake.
I was duped and purchased them myself and am in the process of returning them right now. When I received the package and saw the bottles side by side with my real Kerastase products I could immediately see the difference.
I did take photographs if you want to see them. Just email me if you do.

Dear Mr Craggs,
I don't know whether I am buying diverted product or not, but have purchased sleek.look products from Ulta for years. I was so disappointed to open a new tube of extreme styling cream to find that the formula has been changed, without even a hint on the tube. It now makes my hair sticky, brittle and dry looking. It tangles easily, which is causing a lot of breakage. No longer can I achieve that soft, touchable, moveable look. I can get this same sticky product at any drug store for half the price, so why would I continue to purchase yours? I'm sorry you didnt have enough confidence in your product, and then couldnt even warn me with a notice on the packaging that you had changed your formula. I won't be recommending Matrix anymore. Thanks for listening.
Hi David,
I just watched a video on youtube about diversion that gave your blog address. I have an online video education program for hairstylists and cosmetology students. I would love to do an episode that educates stylists on how to talk to their clients so that they only buy salon products at salons. I think that topic would be interesting to our viewers and you could get your message out to the industry.
I'd love to hear back from you.
My email address is grant@scissorboy.com
Best Regards,

Dear ScissorBoy,
I learned that you have been in touch with some colleagues at Matrix and that you are looking for someone in the San Francisco area. A member of our Matrix team will be in touch with you to see if we can work something out.
Thanks!
David
Dear dmv,
I’m sorry to find out you are disappointed with the new Sleek.look formulation. While the packaging was updated, I apologize if the formula change wasn’t clearly stated and I will bring this to the attention of the Matrix team. Since you purchased the product at Ulta which is an authorized retailer, I hope that you take advantage of our Quality Guarantee Policy so that Matrix can send you a refund – for details please visit http://matrix.com/about_matrix/diversion/qa.aspx.
Anthony,
I see that you’ve been following my blog. It’s committed stylist like you that are helping the professionals fight the diversion issue. You can help by continuing to educate your clients about the risks of purchasing outside your salon. Also, encourage your clients to shop at your salon in between appointments and that it’s OK to stop by the salon to pick up products without having a service scheduled.
Thanks for the update AME.
Folica.com is not an authorized retailer of Kerastase products. We’ll follow up on your lead. Thanks for your commitment to fighting diversion.
