Take Care of Yourself
I know times are tough in this economic climate, but I also know that your local salon can be a nice way to treat yourself and relax. I find I always get a spring in my step after a fresh shampoo and haircut. Your local salon can be a great oasis during stressful times and be sure to purchase products from your stylist to take the experience home with you. Also, remember, your stylist needs help during these challenging times.

Mr.David Craggs,
I read this blog frequently and I found a lot of things that I am really interested in.
Actually I am experienced in the professional cosmetics industry in Japan. So I know the japanese industry, including many Brands, is also having difficult time to struggle with Diversion.
I hope we can control the situation and believe that will be good thing for the entire salon business.
Takeshi, who met you today in front of the Fifth Avenue building of L’Oreal.
Thank you Takeshi.
It was a great pleasure to meet with you and I wish you every sucess with your company and life in the USA.
David
The problem with purchasing your product at a salon is being pressured to use their services. I grew up in Europe and have always been a devoted Kerastase fan. Because my stylist works with different product, I buy Kerastase at a salon down the street. I LOVE my stylist and have no interest in leaving. Also, I used to go to the Kerastase salon and had a pretty bad experience.
Thank goodness your product is great, otherwise I would probably switch to something else just becuase of the discomfort of buying it at a salon.
I did used to buy Kerastase directly from your website but when you raised the minimum for free shipping it stopped making sense financially. I usually run out of one thing at a time and don't need to buy only what I need. Plus, as you had said yourself, the economy is tough right now, and splurging is no longer an option for many of us.
